Monitor display with your corporate design

Version 1.0, available in this system package, brings you all the necessary basics for conveniently and effectively managing your room allocations. Intelligent assistants and interfaces offer extensive flexibility for use in medium-sized companies. As it is based on standard technologies, the solution integrates seamlessly into the existing IT networks of almost any company.

The friendlyway doorsign server features a central company room database, which comes configured and ready to go in the system environment. It provides an interface between the customer's existing 'traditional' network and the digital information display on the door signs. The entire system can be administered via the Web. This means that system operation, control and administration can be carried out from a Web browser (optimized for Firefox and Internet Explorer 7) at any workstation in your company.

Simple to use thanks to the Web-based administration interface

The Microsoft Exchange™ 2003 Live interface, which is both included and already integrated, provides a real-time connection to an existing Microsoft Exchange™ 2003 server. Companies who already administer and book their rooms digitally with Microsoft Exchange™ are saved any further action once the friendlyway doorsign server is installed. The information on room reservations is exported in real-time and the desired information is automatically transmitted to the respective door signs.

For stand-alone use without Microsoft Exchange™, the friendlyway doorsign server brings you all the functions you need for the convenient booking and administration of meeting rooms. In addition to user-controlled room reservation, the system's base configuration allows you to invite both customers and employees. The number of users is unlimited.
