What hardware do I need and where can I buy it?

For visitor management, you need a check-in kiosk — a Windows device with a touchscreen and Full HD resolution or higher. We recommend Microsoft tablets and friendlyway kiosks. If you want to issue visitor badges, you’ll also need a badge printer. friendlyway kiosks are ideal for unmanned digital receptions thanks to their printing, video calling, scanning, and card-issuing capabilities. Do you offer maintenance services for the hardware?

Yes, we provide maintenance for kiosks both during and after the warranty period. With advanced telemetry, many issues can be resolved remotely. If needed, we can carry out on-site repairs on short notice.

How can I test your solution before purchasing?

We offer a free, time-limited trial account on the friendlyway Cloud Platform. Additionally, you can rent a full check-in kiosk from our demo pool for up to 3 months (subject to availability). Contact our sales team to request a test account and confirm hardware availability.

What integrations do you support?

friendlyway Visitor Management includes standard software integrations with leading access control systems, such as Bosch, Interflex, TBS, and FAAC. How long is a friendlyway software license valid?

The minimum term is 12 months. The license can be renewed for additional 12-month periods.

Do you offer training and support during system setup?

Yes, we assist with onboarding. We guide you through the setup process, helping you import visitor data, safety instructions, and floor plans for wayfinding.

What do you mean by a "site"?

We define a site as a company’s physical location with its own address. If there are multiple buildings at the same address, each building is counted as a separate site. With friendlyway, you can manage multiple sites — tailor check-in processes to each location’s requirements and manage all settings conveniently from a centralized dashboard.

Do you offer volume-based discounts?
