Visit Log, Reporting, and Analytics

Create, edit, and manage events, invitations, and visitors directly within the visitor management module. After visitors have been added, or uploaded in bulk, the module automatically generates unique IDs for each visitor and updates the event’s visitor list.

After creating an event and corresponding visitor list, users have the ability to perform numerous event admin functions such as remove visitors, cancel or reschedule events, update visitor lists with new visitors, or upload visitor photos.

Invitations can be fully customized, created in multiple languages, and sent out in bulk via text message or email. If the event is rescheduled or canceled, the system automatically sends the appropriate cancellation/rescheduling notification to all visitors on the list. Email invitations can be sent via a MS Outlook plugin (optional).

Visitors receive event notifications via text message or email. The invitation can display custom messaging and media, and also display the check-in procedure for the visitor to use upon arrival at the kiosk (e.g., QR code, pin number, etc.). Visitor notifications can be fully customized and include the option of having the visitor fill out pre-registration forms.

Visitors use their unique barcode or ID to start the registration and check-in process at the self-service kiosk. After scanning their unique ID, QR code, or pin number at the kiosk, the kiosk will automatically initiate the registration and check-in process.
The registration, check in, and check out processes can be fully customized with a wide range of content options and screen flows. After completing the self-registration process, the visitor will move on to the final step of the kiosk check-in process.

The visitor can be required to fill out compliance, legal, security, COVID/health-related forms, documents, or questionnaires before completing the check-in process. Check-in forms, documents, and questionnaires are fully customizable.

After the forms have been signed and completed, the kiosk will automatically print the visitor’s unique ID badge or NFC card, completing the initial check-in process.

Interactive wayfinding can be built-in as a separate step of the visitor registration process. After verifying the visitor’s credentials, the system will provide interactive navigation instructions to a Point of Interest or specific location within the organization’s facilities. The interactive map can be displayed on the screen, or printed as a static map on a badge or separate handout material. Integration with the friendlyway.Wayfinding module allows for managing complex multi-level building maps, and a streamlined way to configure and demonstrate the most efficient path to Points of Interest.

The visitor management module can be integrated with security turnstiles and other physical access management hardware, allowing for a truly seamless and automated visitor check-in process. After receiving their ID badge or NFC card at a self-service kiosk, the visitor simply scans their badge or card at the security turnstile and is allowed entry into the facility.

Easily view all visitor activity, check-in data, questionnaire answers, signed documents, and other information using the module’s visit log and reporting features. Visitor data is automatically relayed from kiosks and integrated hardware back to the module for real-time reporting and analytics.
